Registration possible from 1st of March, deadline 31st of July 2026

The registration fee covers all coffee breaks during the meeting, all meals, the conference dinner as well as the electronic conference booklet. Please note: The conference dinner is reserved for the first 150 registrations only (due to space limitations).

Please register here with your institutional address to which you want to have the invoice addressed. You would need to pay within two weeks via bank transfer as described on the invoice. We cannot offer PayPal or other ways of payment.

The participants give their consent with their registration, that their names, email address and abstracts will be sent to all participants with the electronic conference booklet.

Please also mention your dietary requirements in your registration email. Note, that the main dish at the conference dinner will be a suckling pig (meat), which will be sliced freshly on site. If you do not like this option you need to select the vegetarian option. It will not be possible to change your selection at the dinner!

Maximum number of participants: 200!

 

Poster Presentation

> 20 abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Organization Committee for oral presentations. The best posters will be awarded with poster prizes.
A conference booklet containing all abstracts will be sent to all participants electronically.

 

Abstract submission deadlines:

  • Poster presentation, eligible for oral presentation: 15 July 2026
  • Poster presentation only: 31 July 2026

Abstracts are only considered if together with the registration and if the registration fee has been paid. Abstract submission instructions can be found during registration.

 

Accommodation

To be booked individually (not included in the registration fee) - please check the details under "Accommodation". Recommendation: book your accommodation on time as hotel rooms in Murnau are limited during that time of the year. Otherwise you would need to book a hotel in neighboring villages.
